RCW 66.44.070Certified analysis is prima facie evidence of alcoholic content.A certificate, signed by any person appointed or designated by the board in writing as an analyst, as to the percentage of alcohol contained in any liquid, drink, liquor, or combination of liquors, when produced in any court or before any court shall be prima facie evidence of the percentage of alcohol contained therein.[ 1933 ex.s. c 62 s 60; RRS s 7306-60.]
