RCW 67.14.020Sale or other disposition of liquor—County license—Penalty.If any person shall sell or dispose of any spirituous, malt, or fermented liquors or wines, in any quantity less than one gallon, without first obtaining a license therefor as hereinafter provided, such person shall, for each and every such offense, be liable to a fine of not less than five nor more than fifty dollars, with costs of prosecution.[ 1873 p 437 s 2; Code 1881, Bagley's Supp. p 26 s 2.]
