§ 67-16-150

RCW 67.16.150Employees of commission—Commissioners—Financial interest restrictions.No employee nor any commissioner of the horse racing commission shall have any financial interest whatsoever, other than an ownership interest in a community venture, in any track at which said employee serves as an agent or employee of the commission or at any track with respect to a commissioner.[ 1973 1st ex.s. c 216 s 4.]
