RCW 67.17.020Compact effective date.The live horse racing compact shall come into force when enacted by any four states. Thereafter, the compact shall become effective as to any other state upon: (1) That state's enactment of the compact; and (2) the affirmative vote of a majority of the officials on the compact committee as provided in RCW 67.17.070.[ 2001 c 18 s 3.]
