RCW 67.38.020Definitions.Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, for the purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply:(1) 'Cultural arts, stadium and convention district,' or 'district,' means a quasi municipal corporation of the state of Washington created pursuant to this chapter.(2) 'Component city' means an incorporated city within a public cultural arts, stadium and convention benefit area.(3) 'City' means any city or town.(4) 'City council' means the legislative body of any city.(5) 'Municipality' means a port district, public school district or community college district.[ 1982 1st ex.s. c 22 s 2.]
