RCW 68.05.350Delaying board action pending administrative proceedings.Within ten days after a cemetery authority has been served with a temporary cease and desist order issued under RCW 68.05.320, the cemetery authority may apply to the superior court in the county of its principal place of business for an injunction setting aside, limiting, or suspending the order pending completion of the administrative proceedings under RCW 68.05.320.[ 2002 c 86 s 325; 1987 c 331 s 29; 1979 c 21 s 34.
