RCW 68.28.070Construction in compliance with existing laws.The penalties of *this act shall not apply as to any building which, at the time of construction was constructed in compliance with the laws then existing, if its use is not in violation of the laws for the protection of public health.[ 1943 c 247 s 142; Rem.
