RCW 68.44.170Use of income from fund.The income from the endowment care fund shall be used solely for the general care, maintenance, and embellishment of the cemetery, and shall be applied in such manner as the cemetery authority may from time to time determine to be for the best interest of the cemetery.[ 1953 c 290 s 23; 1943 c 247 s 107; Rem.
