RCW 68.54.090Merger—Transfer of all property, funds, assessments.The commissioners of the merging district shall, forthwith upon completion of the merger, transfer, convey, and deliver to the merged district all property and funds of the merging district, together with all interest in and right to collect any assessments theretofore levied.[ 1969 ex.s. c 78 s 9.
