RCW 68.64.130Nonnative English speakers—Interpreter services and translations.When English is not the first language of the person or persons making, amending, revoking, or refusing anatomical gifts as defined in chapter 139, Laws of 2008, organ procurement organizations are responsible for providing, at no cost, appropriate interpreter services or translations to such persons for the purpose of making such decisions.[ 2008 c 139 s 14.]
