RCW 69.04.090Liability of disseminator of advertisement.No publisher, radio broadcast licensee, advertising agency, or agency or medium for the dissemination of an advertisement, except the manufacturer, packer, distributor, or seller of the article to which the advertisement relates, shall be subject to the penalties of RCW 69.04.060 by reason of his or her dissemination of any false advertisement, unless he or she has refused on the request of the director to furnish the name and address of the manufacturer, packer, distributor, seller, or advertising agency in the state of Washington, who caused him or her to disseminate such false advertisement.[ 2012 c 117 s 330; 1945 c 257 s 27; Rem.
