RCW 69.28.110Use of used containers.It shall be unlawful to sell, offer, or expose for sale to the consumer any honey in any secondhand or used containers which formerly contained honey, unless all markings as to grade, name and weight have been obliterated, removed or erased.[ 1939 c 199 s 37; RRS s 6163-37.]
