RCW 69.50.4012Delivery of substance in lieu of controlled substance—Penalty.(1) It is unlawful, except as authorized in this chapter and chapter 69.41 RCW, for any person to offer, arrange, or negotiate for the sale, gift, delivery, dispensing, distribution, or administration of a controlled substance to any person and then sell, give, deliver, dispense, distribute, or administer to that person any other liquid, substance, or material in lieu of such controlled substance.(2) Any person who violates this section is guilty of a class C felony punishable according to chapter 9A.20 RCW.[ 2003 c 53 s 333.]NOTES:Intent—Effective date—2003 c 53: See notes following RCW 2.48.180.
