RCW 69.51A.310Immature plants and clones, cannabis seeds—Qualifying patients and designated providers may purchase.Qualifying patients and designated providers, who hold a recognition card and have been entered into the medical cannabis authorization database, may purchase immature plants or clones from a licensed cannabis producer as defined in RCW 69.50.101.
