RCW 69.60.040Imprint information—Publication—Availability.Each manufacturer shall publish and provide to the commission printed material which will identify each current imprint used by the manufacturer and the commission shall be notified of any change. This information shall be provided by the commission to all pharmacies licensed in the state of Washington, poison control centers, and hospital emergency rooms.[ 2013 c 19 s 118; 1989 c 247 s 4.]
