RCW 7.04A.030When chapter applies.(1) Before July 1, 2006, this chapter governs agreements to arbitrate entered into:(a) On or after January 1, 2006; and(b) Before January 1, 2006, if all parties to the agreement to arbitrate or to arbitration proceedings agree in a record to be governed by this chapter.(2) On or after July 1, 2006, this chapter governs agreements to arbitrate even if the arbitration agreement was entered into before January 1, 2006.(3) This chapter does not apply to any arbitration governed by chapter 7.06 RCW.(4) This chapter does not apply to any arbitration agreement between employers and employees or between employers and associations of employees.[ 2005 c 433 s 3.]
