RCW 7.04A.180Court enforcement of preaward ruling by arbitrator.If an arbitrator makes a preaward ruling in favor of a party to the arbitration proceeding, the party may request the arbitrator to incorporate the ruling into an award under RCW 7.04A.190. The successful party may file a motion to the court for an expedited order to confirm the award under RCW 7.04A.220, in which case the court shall proceed summarily to decide the motion. The court shall issue an order to confirm the award unless the court vacates, modifies, or corrects the award of the arbitrator under RCW 7.04A.230 and 7.04A.240.[ 2005 c 433 s 18.]
