RCW 7.70A.010Actions for personal injury or wrongful death—Arbitration authorized.This chapter applies to any cause of action for damages for personal injury or wrongful death based on alleged professional negligence in the provision of health care where all parties to the action have agreed to submit the dispute to arbitration under this chapter in accordance with the requirements of RCW 7.70A.020.[ 2006 c 8 s 305.]
