RCW 70.108.140Inspection of books and records.The department of revenue shall be allowed to inspect the books and records of any outdoor music festival during the period of operation of the festival and after the festival has concluded for the purpose of determining whether or not the tax laws of this state are complied with.[ 1972 ex.s. c 123 s 4.]
