RCW 70.124.080Department reports of abused or neglected patients.The department shall forward to the appropriate state licensing authority a copy of any report received pursuant to this chapter which alleges that a person who is professionally licensed by this state has abused or neglected a patient.[ 1979 ex.s. c 228 s 8.]
