RCW 70.162.010Definitions.Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter.(1) 'Department' means the department of labor and industries.(2) 'Public agency' means a state office, commission, committee, bureau, or department.(3) 'Industry standard' means the 62-1981R standard established by the American society of heating, refrigerating, and air-conditioning engineers as codified in M-1602 of the building officials and code administrators international manual as of January 1, 1990.[ 1989 c 315 s 2.]
