RCW 70.225.080Access to data in the qualifying laboratory.(1) Access to data in the qualifying laboratory must be under the supervision of the responsible person as designated by the United States department of health and human services, substance abuse and mental health services administration certification program.(2) Such data cannot be gathered, shared, sold, or used in any manner other than as designated under RCW * 70.255.040, RCW 70.225.070, or this section.[ 2015 c 259 s 3.]NOTES:*Reviser's note: The reference to RCW 70.255.040 appears to be erroneous.
