RCW 70.24.080Penalty.Except as provided in RCW 70.24.025 and 70.24.027, any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or any rule adopted by the board under this chapter, or who fails or refuses to obey any lawful order issued by any state, county or municipal health officer under this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a gross misdemeanor punishable as provided under RCW 9A.20.021.[ 2020 c 76 s 6; 1988 c 206 s 911; 1919 c 114 s 5; RRS s 6104.]
