RCW 70.24.290Public school employees—Rules for blood-borne pathogens education and training.The superintendent of public instruction shall adopt rules that require appropriate education and training, to be included as part of their present continuing education requirements, for public school employees on the prevention, transmission, and treatment of blood-borne pathogens. The superintendent of public instruction, in consultation with the department of health, shall develop the educational and training material necessary for school employees.[ 2020 c 76 s 11; 1988 c 206 s 606.]
