RCW 70.290.020Washington vaccine association—Creation.There is created a nonprofit corporation to be known as the Washington vaccine association. The association is formed for the purpose of collecting and remitting adequate funds from health carriers and third-party administrators for the cost of vaccines provided to certain children in Washington state.[ 2010 c 174 s 2.]
