RCW 70.41.160Remedies available to department—Duty of attorney general.Notwithstanding the existence or pursuit of any other remedy, the department may, in the manner provided by law, upon the advice of the attorney general who shall represent the department in the proceedings, maintain an action in the name of the state for an injunction or other process against any person or governmental unit to restrain or prevent the establishment, conduct, or operation of a hospital without a license under this law.[ 1985 c 213 s 25; 1955 c 267 s 16.]NOTES:Savings—Effective date—1985 c 213: See notes following RCW 43.20.050.
