RCW 70.410.040Registration.(1) A person must apply to the department to register with the state emergency medical reserve corps.(2) To qualify to register as a health practitioner member under this chapter, a person must pass a background check and be licensed and in good standing in this state.(3) To qualify to register as a support member under this chapter, a person must pass a background check.
