RCW 70.45.090Approval of acquisition required—Injunctions.(1) The secretary of state may not accept any forms or documents in connection with any acquisition of a nonprofit hospital until the acquisition has been approved by the department under this chapter.(2) The attorney general may seek an injunction to prevent any acquisition not approved by the department under this chapter.[ 1997 c 332 s 9.]
