RCW 70.48.450Local jail reporting form—Information to be provided by city or county requesting payment for prisoners from state.The department of corrections is responsible for developing a reporting form for the local jails. The form shall require sufficient information to identify the person, type of state responsibility, method of notification for availability for movement, and the number of days for which the state is financially responsible.
