RCW 70.58A.900Applicability—2019 c 148.(1) This act applies to all causes of action commenced on or after January 1, 2021, regardless of when the cause of action arose.(2) The requirements of this act apply to all records covered by this act that are held by the department or state registrar, regardless of the date the record was created or modified.(3) In all other respects not specifically indicated in this section, this chapter applies prospectively.[ 2019 c 148 s 28.]
