RCW 70.74.210Coal mining code unaffected.All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby repealed: PROVIDED, HOWEVER, That nothing in this act shall be construed as amending, limiting, or repealing any provision of chapter 36, session laws of 1917, known as the coal mining code.[ 1931 c 111 s 22; RRS s 5440-22.]
