RCW 70.74.300Explosive containers to be marked—Penalty.Every person who shall put up for sale, or who shall deliver to any warehouse operator, dock, depot, or common carrier any package, cask, or can containing any explosive, nitroglycerin, dynamite, or powder, without having been properly labeled thereon to indicate its explosive classification, shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor.[ 2011 c 336 s 840; 1969 ex.s. c 137 s 26; 1909 c 249 s 254; RRS s 2506.]
