RCW 70.77.320Application for license to be signed.The application for a license shall be signed by the applicant. If application is made by a partnership, it shall be signed by each partner of the partnership, and if application is made by a corporation, it shall be signed by an officer of the corporation and bear the seal of the corporation.[ 1961 c 228 s 41.]
