RCW 70.77.480Prohibited transfers of fireworks.The transfer of fireworks ownership whether by sale at wholesale or retail, by gift or other means of conveyance of title, or by delivery of any fireworks to any person in the state who does not possess and present to the carrier for inspection at the time of delivery a valid license, where such license is required to purchase, possess, transport, or use fireworks, is prohibited.[ 1982 c 230 s 39; 1961 c 228 s 73.]
