RCW 70A.100.090Assumption of jurisdiction or control of public water system by city, town, or code city.The assumption of jurisdiction or control of any public water system or systems by a city, town, or code city, shall be subject to the provisions of chapter 35.13A RCW, and the provisions of this chapter shall be superseded by the provisions of chapter 35.13A RCW regarding such an assumption of jurisdiction.[ 1977 ex.s. c 142 s 9.
