RCW 70A.105.070Additives—Confidentiality.The department shall hold confidential any information obtained pursuant to RCW 70A.105.060 when shown by any manufacturer that such information, if made public, would divulge confidential business information, methods, or processes entitled to protection as trade secrets of the manufacturer.[ 2020 c 20 s 1331; 1994 c 281 s 4.
