RCW 70A.15.4110Transportation demand management—Collective bargaining powers unaffected.Nothing in chapter 329, Laws of 2006 preempts the ability of state employees to collectively bargain over commute trip reduction issues, including parking fees under chapter 41.80 RCW, or the ability of private sector employees to collectively bargain over commute trip reduction issues if previously such issues were mandatory subjects of collective bargaining.[ 2006 c 329 s 3.
