RCW 70A.205.450Waste tires—Violation of RCW 70A.205.445—Penalty.(1) Any person who transports or stores waste tires without a license in violation of RCW 70A.205.445 shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished under RCW 9A.20.021(2).(2) Any person who transports or stores waste tires without a license in violation of RCW 70A.205.445 is liable for the costs of cleanup of any and all waste tires transported or stored. This subsection does not apply to the storage of waste tires when the storage of the tires occurred before July 1, 2005, and the storage was licensed in accordance with RCW 70A.205.445 at the time the tires were stored.[ 2020 c 20 s 1196; 2005 c 354 s 7; 1989 c 431 s 95; 1988 c 250 s 5.
