RCW 70A.214.080Director's authority.(1) The director may solicit and accept gifts, grants, conveyances, bequests, and devises, in trust or otherwise, to be directed to the office of waste reduction.(2) The director may enter into contracts with any public or private organization to carry out the purposes of this chapter.[ 1988 c 177 s 8.
