RCW 70A.310.120Forfeited bonds—Use of fund.All bonds forfeited shall be paid to the department for deposit in the radiation perpetual maintenance fund. All moneys in this fund may only be expended by the department as necessary for the protection of the public health and safety and shall not be used for normal operating expenses of the department.[ 1979 ex.s. c 110 s 12.
