RCW 70A.35.070Payments to low-income weatherization and structural rehabilitation assistance account.Payments to the low-income weatherization and structural rehabilitation assistance account shall be treated, for purposes of state law, as payments for energy conservation and shall be eligible for any tax credits or deductions, equity returns, or other benefits for which conservation investments are eligible.[ 2010 c 287 s 5; 1987 c 36 s 7.
