RCW 70A.45.110Siting of certain facilities.The state, state agencies, and political subdivisions of the state, in implementing their duties and authorities established under other laws, may only consider the greenhouse gas limits established in RCW 70A.45.020 in a manner that recognizes, where applicable, that the siting and placement of new or expanded best-in-class facilities with lower carbon emitting processes is in the economic and environmental interests of the state of Washington.[ 2021 c 316 s 36.]NOTES:Short title—2021 c 316: See RCW 70A.65.900.
