RCW 71.05.270Temporary release.Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the professional person in charge of a treatment facility, or his or her professional designee, from permitting a person detained for intensive treatment to leave the facility for prescribed periods during the term of the person's detention, under such conditions as may be appropriate.[ 1997 c 112 s 21; 1973 1st ex.s. c 142 s 32.]
