RCW 71.12.540Recommendations to be kept on file—Records of inmates.The authorities of each establishment as defined in this chapter shall place on file in the office of the establishment the recommendations made by the department of health as a result of such visits, for the purpose of consultation by such authorities, and for reference by the department representatives upon their visits. Every such establishment shall keep records of every person admitted thereto as follows and shall furnish to the department, when required, the following data: Name, age, sex, marital status, date of admission, voluntary or other commitment, name of physician, physician assistant, or psychiatric *advanced registered nurse practitioner, diagnosis, and date of discharge.[ 2016 c 155 s 11; 2009 c 217 s 11; 1989 1st ex.s. c 9 s 233; 1979 c 141 s 139; 1959 c 25 s 71.12.540.
