RCW 71.24.160Proof as to uses made of state funds—Use of maintenance of effort funds.The behavioral health administrative services organizations shall make satisfactory showing to the director that state funds shall in no case be used to replace local funds from any source being used to finance mental health services prior to January 1, 1990.
