RCW 71.24.405Streamlining delivery system.The authority shall work comprehensively and collaboratively with behavioral health administrative services organizations and with local behavioral health service providers to create innovative and streamlined community behavioral health service delivery systems and to capture the diversity of the community behavioral health service delivery system.
