RCW 71.24.550City, town, or county without facility—Contribution of liquor taxes prerequisite to use of another's facility.A city, town, or county that does not have its own facility or program for the treatment and rehabilitation of persons with substance use disorders may share in the use of a facility or program maintained by another city or county so long as it contributes no less than two percent of its share of liquor taxes and profits to the support of the facility or program.[ 2014 c 225 s 26; 1989 c 270 s 12.
