RCW 71.24.665Psychiatric treatment, evaluation, and bed utilization for American Indians and Alaska Natives—Report by authority.(1) The authority shall provide an annual report on psychiatric treatment and evaluation and bed utilization for American Indians and Alaska Natives starting on October 1, 2020. The report shall be available for review by the tribes, urban Indian health programs, and the American Indian health commission for Washington state.(2) Indian health care providers shall be included in any bed tracking system created by the authority.[ 2020 c 256 s 307.]
