RCW 71.32.030Construction of definitions.(1) The definition of informed consent is to be construed to be consistent with that term as it is used in chapter 7.70 RCW.(2) The definitions of mental disorder, behavioral health disorder, mental health professional, and professional person are to be construed to be consistent with those terms as they are defined in RCW 71.05.020.[ 2021 c 287 s 5; 2003 c 283 s 3.]
