RCW 71.32.160Electroconvulsive therapy.Where a principal consents in a directive to electroconvulsive therapy, the health care provider, professional person, or health care facility, or persons acting under the direction of the health care provider, professional person, or health care facility, shall document the therapy and the reason it was used in the principal's medical record.[ 2003 c 283 s 16.]
